Ugandan musician Alien Skin, real name Patrick Mulwana, could soon lose his residence in Makindye, Kampala, following allegations that he has accumulated more than Shs36 million in unpaid rent, adding another twist to the singer’s recent controversies.
The singer has reportedly been issued with an eviction notice by his landlord, Isaac Katubere, demanding that he clears the outstanding rent arrears or vacates the premises. According to the notice dated October 26, 2026, Alien Skin allegedly owes approximately Shs36 million in unpaid rent, which is said to have accumulated over a period of about 12 months.
The notice reportedly gives the musician 20 days to settle the outstanding amount, warning that failure to comply could prompt further legal action. He has reportedly been given until November 26, 2026, to vacate the property if the matter is not resolved.
The residence, located in Sempa Zone, Makindye, is understood to be an upscale property that Alien Skin rented in December 2025. Since moving into the premises, the singer has reportedly been using the house as a base for his Fangone Forest crew.
The latest development puts the musician at risk of losing the residence, which has also served as a meeting point for members of his music camp. If the alleged rent arrears remain unsettled, the landlord could pursue the next legal steps to recover the property and the outstanding money.
Alien Skin, who rose to prominence through his music and the Fangone Forest movement, has attracted considerable public attention through both his musical career and a series of controversies.
However, it remains unclear whether the singer intends to clear the alleged arrears, negotiate with his landlord or challenge the eviction notice.
As of publication, Alien Skin had not publicly responded to the claims, leaving questions about the future of his Makindye residence and the fate of the crew using it as their base.
