Pastor Robert Kayanja has issued a stern warning to media personality Frank Gashumba, declaring that he will not tolerate further attacks against his church amid an escalating public dispute between the two.

Kayanja accused Gashumba of previously criticising several prominent figures and institutions, including Katikkiro of Buganda Charles Peter Mayiga, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and the Catholic Church, before turning his attention to his ministry.
The pastor said his church would not remain silent in the face of what he described as continued attacks, insisting that enough was enough.
Kayanja also expressed concern over what he said were threats by Gashumba to release a “bomb” against the church. He recalled an earlier incident in which an explosive device was reportedly brought to the church and later safely detonated by police.
Referring to the alleged threat, Kayanja said he was prepared to wait and see what Gashumba intended to do, while underscoring the seriousness of the matter.
The pastor further accused Gashumba of repeatedly making allegations against him involving the alleged abuse of young boys. Kayanja maintained that medical records contradicted the accusations, although the specific details of the records were not independently verified in the account provided.
Addressing Gashumba directly, Kayanja reiterated his message: “Enough is enough,” signalling that he was ready to take action over the ongoing dispute.
The latest exchange adds to the tensions between the two public figures. However, Gashumba’s response to Kayanja’s latest remarks was not included in the account, and the allegations and claims made by either side have not been independently verified.
