The Government of Uganda through the Ministry of Lands has launched a land registration program as part of the process to protect it from settlement by settlers and to preserve it for the future.
State Minister of Lands Hon Harriet Ntabazi launched the scheme, saying the scheme will cover areas where government offices, Schools, Hospitals, Forests, Industries, Wetlands are located.
