KAMPALA, UGANDA — Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) and Senior Presidential Advisor on Special Operations, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has donated a brand-new Toyota Land Cruiser to the Uganda Media Centre (UMC) to enhance its operations, particularly long-distance travel across the country.
The vehicle was officially handed over to the Director of the Uganda Media Centre, Mr Allan Kasujja, by the Acting Director of Defence Public Information, Colonel Chris Magezi.
Speaking during the handover, Col Magezi said the donation underscored the importance of inter-agency cooperation in advancing the Government of Uganda’s strategic objectives.
“Our strategic aim is to support the Uganda Media Centre and other government institutions,” Col Magezi said.
Mr Kasujja commended Gen Muhoozi for his generosity and continued commitment to strengthening the Centre’s operational capacity.
The donation is expected to support the Uganda Media Centre in carrying out its activities, including long-distance assignments and other official operations across the country.
