Judge Emmanuel Baguma ordered the government to provide Dr. Kizza Besigye and his lawyers are defending them after their former lawyer Martha Karua was denied entry and another Erias Lukwago was arrested leaving Besigye and his colleagues in shock.
Judge Baguma ruled this appealing to the constitution and said it was appropriate to hear the appeal of the accused on the matter but Besigye has been insisting that he wants his own elected representatives
