Minister Kabuye Kyoffatogabye said unless the courts rule on the cases, the guilty councilors will NOT be allowed to borrow more than their salaries from the government, to save the country from falling into debt if their victory is cancelled
Minister Kyoffatogabye urged the judiciary to hear the cases and leave them in the living room.
